Now that I upgraded from Office XP Prof to Office 2003 Prof, how do I find
the file that has blocked senders to import it to the email component of
Outlook 2003?

Thanks in advance!

David

Maybe I didn't make my first message clear.

The blocked senders that I had identified in Outlook XP are not listed in
Outlook 2003. Where is the file that had all of the names I used to block
in Outlook XP?

Go to tools and choose options. Look for the Junk e-mail button, it's in
there!

So I guess I can't get the original list that I had created when I had
Outlook XP? Am I reading between the lines?-- I have to recreate the list
on no-goodniks as they arrive in my mail now set at high.

(BTW, I already installed the update since that was an option immediately
after installing Office 2003. Was I a bit hasty?)

Set junk mail on high (don't install the junk mail patch released in
December) and add names to the blocked senders list only if the junk filter
misses them.

Some people are reporting it's less accurate.

To the best of my recollection, the junk sender list is a test file on your
drive, so you could import it (see tools, options, junk mail) but it's very
likely many of the addresses are no longer in use or the messages are caught
by the built in filter and importing a long list of addresses adds overhead
to the junk mail process. You'll have better performance building a new
list. FWIW, all names on the blocked and safe lists, (including all contacts
if the option is selected) are added to your registry.
