Where did you get Office? If you have a disk 2, it's probably on there. If
you got Office from the Action Pack or from the Office Launch, it's likely
not included. Contact Microsoft Product Support SErvices to see if it should
have been included.

I have office 2003 professional installed. But during
installation it never gave me option to install business
contact manager nor do I see it as installtion option.
Do I need to do something to turn it on. The outlook2003
is working fine otherwise just can't see the business
contact manager which was supposed to be included in
professional edition

thanks. I did network installtion at my work place. Let
me ask my administrator. We have volume licensing.

Depending on how you got the media for Volume Licensing, BCM might have not
been included. If not, it was likely not intentional, it's just that BCM
didn't make it into all the proper distribution channels. Your admin might
need to contact the volume licensing rep to add BCM.
