Using WinXP Home.
I noticed in my TASK MANAGER that the CPU was running
using up 50% to 80% of the CPU.
I found a file in there called CISV.EXE, but I don't know
what it does.
When I terminate it my CPU rescources drop to 2% typical.
I have searched for the file using Microsofts "Search",
but it does not find the file, I have set it to search
hidden files as well.
Does anyone know what this file does and the program it
is associated with.
I have not noticed after I terminate it's operation any
effect on running my programs.
I would like to find out what function it performs and
where to find it on my Computer.
Thank you
