can't figure this out

Just recently encountered a problem when I try to I try to open a link on a
web page I'm not able to open it, but if I copy the links url adn paste it
into the web address I can xiew the page. Now this happens randomly and on
all verities of web pages.

Please help!!!!!
 
Try this fix.

You Cannot Open New Internet Explorer Window or Nothing Happens After You
Click a Link
Also, when you attempt to access Web folders, you may receive the following
error message: The current operation could not completed because an
unexpected error has occurred.
