cant fax at all

I have not been able to send or receive faxes, from any docuements wheather if they are scanned in the computer or typed in MSWord
Please hel
 
Is there an analogue fax/modem card in your computer?

My car wont' run, whats wrong with it? Detail, detail, detail. It makes
for alot of wasted time when very little detail is given.
