Can't Export Data To Excel

Dear all,

I preview a report, the I press icon Analyze It With Ms Excel, but it
doesn't work.
Please guide me to solve it.

What version of Access and what version of Excel? I have Access 2003 and
Excel 2002 and it worked just fine. Also, any error message? 'Doesn't
work' doesn't really tell anyone much.
