can't execute newly install application

Can run the application on any other computer...but on my
Xp Professional get error and application is not
launched...Error: TRainersoft application has encountered
a problem and needs to close... also unable to access
system volume information...message folder not
accessible... and folder is empty...could the problem
coming from this?

The system volume is your system restore folder and is
not accessable.
 
Do the other computers run Xp or older os systems.... If
they are older os what you may want to do is install the
software using program compatability wizard....
