Can't Erase TEMP

Somehow this Excel "TEMP" version was saved today as I was working on the
original. Now, I can't erase it. The error message says:

Cannot delete TOOL_2007_07_11-07_2.xls~RF5b6aa6: Access is denied. Make sure
the disc is not full or write-protected and that the file is currently not in
use.

ANyone know haow to remove this file? Thanks.
 
Try it after you log out and log back in and see if it's even still there.
