can't end task - "misterpopperstopper"

Got tired of popups. Searched a download site and found
positive comments about a program "misterpopperstopper".
Loaded it.

Now the damn thing starts automatically when the computer
starts, when I ctrl-alt-del to get the task manager, the
task manager window flashes for half a second, then
disappears. I can't uninstall the program or delete the
files because they are always in use.

HELP!!
 
Rob, go to Start>Run type: msconfig Select Startup Tab and uncheck
the misterpopperstopper entry.
