In windows 2000 this is easy but in xp impossible. We need to put pictures into an email via our camera software in order to compress them. When we then open the picture (I think it opens in internet explorer as a jpg) within the email we can copy it XP however will not allow us to paste it into the spreadsheet. We get a single cell result but no picture appears. Do we need to change our settings
Regards

Did you read your post before hitting the "send" button?
Are you aware that it makes no sense whatsoever? Why not
try again, in English.

Sounds like you are going to lots of trouble just
to resize an image.

I guess you're running WinXP or you wouldn't
be here...right?

OK, go to the following link and download and
install: ImageResizer.exe

http://tinyurl.com/36n

Then you can open any folder that contains
images and you will have an option to resize.
Just right click the selected image files and
choose Resize Pictures from the menu. You
can select one image or a whole group.

The program will place the resized copies in
the folder with your originals.
(Tip: *Never* overwrite your originals)

As for Excel...have you tried going to...
Insert / Picture / From File...and then browse
to your image of choice?
