Can't Drop And Drag

To be honest i don't know what happened but i got up this morning, sa
down at the computer and began my regular work. When much to m
surprise i could not drop or drag anything, nor could not use the th
common copy or move function. Does someone have an idea what ha
happened and how to fix it? thank
