Cant drag drop files anywhere anymore!! help!!!

No viruses on my system. guaranteed. i cant drag and drop icons on my desktop or in between folders anymore either. also on the log in screen i cant click the icon for the user name either. i have to hit ctrl alt delete then pick ok to bypass the pw and get to my deskstop. whats up with this? please help!!!!

Also! MIGHT I ADD ITS NOT CAUSE OF ENABLE DRAG DROP IN START MENU. I'VE EXPERIMENTED WITH IT.. IT IS ENABLED. JUST DOESN'T WORK. NEITHER DOES KELLYS ENABLE DRAG DROP. THX.
