can't drag and drop files

About a week ago, my computer starting having this
problem, where I can't drag and drop files or folders
anymore (along with some other features). After reboot,
everything runs normal, until I get this error message
saying that "svchost.exe unexpectedly crashed" and after
that all the problems start. Anyone know what this is?

W32.blaster worm. Look at www.symantec.com website for
fixes
