Can't download

I tried using the download manager but it kept having errors, (IE+FF) and now
when i try using the browser it says only beta Testers can acces it :/ wahts
happaing?
 
I had absolutely no luck downloading it with the akamai download manager
I downloaded a program called "free download manager" and that worked great
on the browser link
 
im still getting this:
"Access to this file is restricted to Customer Preview Program participants
only. Please refer to your invitation email for access instructions."

and got an e-mail invate ages ago
