Can't download the sp 4 on my windows 2000

It attempts to download and after a period of approx 5
minutes I get an error message telling me there was no
connection available to the internet. I turned off the
Norton Anti virus and it still wouldn;t go thru. Can
anyone help? Thanks.
 
You are better off without it.... Wait for SP5, and just stay on top of the
security updates.
