Can't download pictures to my PC!

I get on the computer.
I plug everything up.
Everything installs successfully,
but still----- the program that you can choose from what you want to do with
the pictures: download, delte, etc..
doesn't come up.

How do I get this program up?

do you mean pics from
a camera to pc?

ps: your "if.... "email address
dont work.
