For some reason, this question is going unanswered. I'm going to try
again...

For the past five years, my default Calendar view has been Month all at
once. I have never had to think about it; it's always been that way. The
other day I performed a find for a past appointment, the results showed up
like entries in my Inbox...and somehow that became the default view. Any
time I switch out and return to the Calendar, it displays like a full inbox
of entries. I switch it back to Month view...and it returns to this list
view the next time. All this from one innocent little Find.

What have I done??

And how do I undo it??

Outlook 2003 -- There is no such choice on the View menu as Current View.

Suspecting that you would not just be making up a command, I used Tools |
Customize and found it. Somehow it was removed from the View menu. Many
thanks, Laura!

You should consider enabling the Advanced toolbar, which has a View
drop-down on it.

click on view, Current View, then change it to Day/Week/Month

Just wodered if you could help me with a print problem in Outlook 2007
Calendar monthly view. Problem is where a multiday event spans a week
end it does not print correctly.

Thanks

Eric

could you supply more details?
I have OUTLOOK 2007. I just tried out a test of what I think you mean. I
created an all day event that recurred daily for 10 days. It printed out OK.

Laura,

You were so helpful in a few other posts I came across, I thought you might
be able to help on this one.

In previous versions of Outlook, if you clicked on the toolbar to see the
Week view in calendar it would show the days in a block format. That view
appears to be missing in Outlook 2007. You can still print in this view, it
is called "Weekly(Top to Bottom)". (Go into Print Preview in your calendar
and choose "Weekly(Top to Bottom)" to see what I am talking about.) I can
find no way to make it show the calendar in this blocky view in Outlook
2007, even when I am customizing a view.

Anyone know how to get this view back?

Thanks!

Hi Laura,

Sorry about the confusion. My question is simply that there was a
week/block view available since OL98, that is missing in OL07. That view was
available by going to Day/Week/Month then selecting week (not work-week).

Is there any way to get that back?

still not sure what you mean.
If you email me directly (e-mail address removed) then I can send you a
screenshot of what I see.

Dear saimike:

I too miss the week-block calendar view. Did you ever get an answer to
whether it's possible to create it in Outlook 2007?

Thanks.

No, it is not possible to create it in Outlook 2007.

Thanks Milly. What's the best way to contact Microsoft and suggest they put
it back in?

Thanks.
