Can't Delete

When I right click on the start button, the following
appears:

It came as a pop up and I cannot get rid of it. When I
click on it a screen appears red x, stating This file
does not have a program associated with it for performing
this action. Create an association in the Folder Options
control panel. The there is an OK button.

How do I fix this?

I have tried spybot and ad-aware, still the problem
persists..

Any other suggestions?

Let me take guess; although Adaware should have found
this puppy. This is what I would do at this point. Go
into regedit and use the find to locate sexmaxx.com and
get rid of all data items and keys associated with those
lines. If not sure of delete, just modify the data
elements to null. If you have never rummaged in the
registry, export the registry to a desired folder before
editing. Hopes this helps. Rgds Harry
