Can't delete search bar called (isaqmchebib)

My browser has been invaded by a pop up search bar called
isaqmchebib. I have searched my hard drives from top to
bottom but it still keeps popping in whenever I open my
browser Version: 6.0.2800.1106.xpsp2. Could the file be
embedded somehow in explorer, can I get rid of it by
uninstalling and reloading the browser. I hate netscape
but this search bar only pops up on internet explorer.

Any ideas?
