Every time I try to delete a print job, a messagebox pop
up, stating that Explorer.exe have generated an error and
will be closed.
This happens on local and network printers, in XP Home Ed.
and XP Corp. Ed. on different computers (10 by now).

I have tried it with and without SP1, in English and
Norwegian versions.

I've search for this problem on Google and Microsoft,
without any luck. I hope there is someone who can help me.

Kind regards

a) There is no such thing as the XP Corporate Edition. There is an
Open/Volume Licensed version of WindowsXP Pro.

b) Is the printer involved in this connected to the local PC or to a
network PC or to a print server.

c) If a network, what sort of a network?

More information needed, please.

a. OK, XP Pro
b. It's printers... and yes, it happens with every
printerjob I try to delete. This happens when I try to
delete on a print server (W2k Srv, W2k Pro) and an USB-
cable. Haven't tried with Parallell-cable.
c. We are using TCP/IP.

c. At work it is a native Windows 2000 network, all print-
servers running W2k Srv. 300 W2k Pro computers, a couple
of NT 4.0 Workstations, and 3 Windows XP Pro computers.

Thanks in advance
