Can't Delete My Picture Files

Help!
My My Pictures folder is bulging! Whenever I try and delete a
picture the screen goes funny, I get an MS dialogue box saying "Send or
Don't Send" error report. I press "Send", then the My Pictures folder closes
and I'm back to square one again.

Do you get this only when deleting a picture?
Everything else working fine?
Try changing the view from Thumbnails to Details and then delete a file. Do
you still get the same problem?
