cant delete internet history with norton cleansweep

Anyone using Norton SystemWorks 2004?
when I run cleansweep it cannot free 248kb & I manually delete all files in
temp internet file & temp. where else can internet history files be? it
cannot delete them anyone had this problem? please help
 
how do i uncheck it i never did it

Open up norton system works.
go to options-> cleansweep.
click safety sweep is off.
click ok

Now open up cookies
and uncheck everything u have highlighted.
if theres nothing there.

Run cleansweep again and see if you can clear it
