"Messages may be stuck in the Outbox when you use Windows Mail on a
computer that is running Windows Vista"
That page offers two download options. Unless you know for sure
you have 64-bit Vista, use the 32-bit option.
Although only 'Outbox' is mentioned, it will enable removal of stuck
emails from any folder.

Don said:What is the file name for the 32 bit file. I used the one ending in 86 but it
tells me it does not apply to my system?
Thanks

JD & Coke said:Hi there, as a novice in this area, I took the chance and downloaded the
update 941090. Thankfully I've managed to delete the one stuck message in
my
outbox. This info has been really helpful after spending over half an hour
on
the technical help line!!!! Thank you.
I am still faced with the problem though with messages, that I want to
reply
to or send a new message, jumping into the outbox and not actually being
'sent'. Therefore i'm still experiencing the prob with sending messages.
I'm
receiving them ok though. This windows vista (32bits) has been ok up until
recently. Does anybody have any solutions please?
