First of all, please turn off your caps lock key. Typing in all
capital letters is considered yelling and is rude.

As for programs that aren't listed but are trying to access the
Internet, I smell spyware/adware. Try running one or both of the
following programs:

AdAware
http://www.lavasoftusa.com/

Spybot Search & Destroy
http://www.safer-networking.org/

Good luck,
Jeff

for a two fingered typist, all caps is considered fast and easy. i may be stupid, but i'm not stubborn so i'll take your critisisum (can't type OR spell) with a grain of salt. i have a anti-spyware with 2004 mcafee security suite and the unwanted files are there after i scan a 2nd time. the first scan stated all files clean. (i would prefer the word deleted and maybe even blocked)

All caps on Usenet is considered extremely rude. Suggest you learn some
basic usenetiquette before posting again.

i have a anti-spyware

iif all you can do is critique my lack of typing experiance i must be asking the wrong people for help. my 2nd responce was not in upper case and I thought I took the criisisum like a man which is more thani can say for your repeating the first reply like a little girl. talk about RUDE!

hey Jeff,
thanks for the advice. I installed Ad-aware and it removed a lot of junk, but not all it found. I'm beginning a list of known garbage in my PC and hope to learn where to go (a little deeper) in my PC to delete them. Is there somthing like a dictionary of file names? I've owned a PC for a little over a year and I see many suspisious files all over the place. If I could identify them it would be like eyes for the blind. It would also stop me from deleting what I shouldn't.
