Can't Delete File Stored in History

We have an undesirable file that has shown up in IE that
we cannot locate on the computer to delete. We have
cleared the history and temp internet files and check the
registry. It still shows up when you type the first
letter on the address line. Can anyone help us?

clear these boxes.....as desired
[+] web addresses
[+] forms
[+] user names...
also press clear history button
