Cant Delete Directory

I have a win2k server with a directory that wont let me
delete it???

I've used the command prompt to no avail... What can I do?

I am having the same problem on a Win2k Server. I have
also tried the command prompt and any other means of
removing, to no end. I was getting a file system error
1148? Any ideas???
