Can't Delete Auto Complete Address

How do I delete an incorrect address when I start a new e-mail address.
Using the up/down arrows and delete does not work.
 
I am having the same problem. The auto complete has addresses that are not
in my contacts list, emails I typed in wrong before.

Thanks for confirming that.
I thought I was the only one getting auto-completion on email
addresses that are NOT in my Contacts list. Sorry, I don't
know where this phantom list is kept or how to edit it.
