I had a blue-screen coincide with an incoming (not spam) email message. Now,
this message can't be deleted. Can't read the message either.

It shows:

Message could not be displayed
Windows Mail encountered an unexpected problem while displaying this
message. Check your computer for low memory or low disk space and try again.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Windows Mail

When I try to delete it, I get the message:
"an unknown error has occurred."

I have tried selecting the message above it, the corrupt message, and the
message below, and deleting all three messages, but that doesn't work either.

Any suggestions?

I hate the thought of having to look at this message for the life of the
computer, but I also hate the thought of backing up all my files, and
restoring the computer back to original factory settings.

Help !!!!

Thanks, everyone!

Messages may be stuck in the Outbox when you use Windows Mail on a computer
that is running Windows Vista
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/941090
It also works on other folders.
