Can't create new doc, nor edit in MS Office 2003.

Hello, Everyone.

I meet a problem couples of time after update the MS
Office 2003. I don't seen to be able to create a new doc,
nor edit any doc in MS Office 2003. Anyone know why?

I had reistall the OS and follow with the Office
installation, and it just work fine. But after I update
the Office, only the OutLook work and other application
like Words, PowerPoint, Excel and etc don't seen to able
to function. Why?
