I've just installed MS Office 2003, and Internet Explorer 7.
I'm getting the following message whenever I try to create a new site in FP
2003:

'The folder ‘sitename’ isn’t accessible. The folder may be located in an
unavailable location, protected with a password, or the filename contains a /
or \.'

None of the suggested problems (ie, password, backslash, forwardslash) apply.

How do I solve this?

What are you entering a path/loction for the new site name
- do not use spaces or punctuation (as in mysite.com) for disc based (local) new sites

Are you running Windows XP Home or XP Pro? If XP Pro, did you also install
IIS and is that where you are trying to create a new site? If so, try this:
In IE7; Tools | Internet Options | Security | Local Intranet | Sites |
Advanced and add localhost to the list.
