After installation of Business Contacts Manager for Outlook 2003 (Disk 2) the
database won't create - have tried re-installation with same results. When I
start Outlook 2003 (which now takes much longer than before installation of
BCM) I get the error message "Business Contacts Manager for Outlook database
canot be loaded. This action cannot be completed because BCM cannot access
the database. The database is currently stopped. Do you want to change the
database configuration". If I answer YES to this, after a long pause, the
BCM Update window appeare with the option available to create a new database
[plus another ewrror message saying the database cannot be found (quite
understandable as I have not been able to create the darn thing!). When I
then try to create a new database the "creating new database" windown opens,
nothing shows on the status bar and the process quits with another error
message saying the creation of the new database was unsuccessful.
Op system is WinXP Pro.
Help! - this has really messed up my outlook e-mail system, I date not
uninstall the BCM as I'm not sure if Outlook and all my contacts would
disappear too.
Thanks.
