cant copy photos to cd

when i go to copy my pictures onto a blank cd this
message appears
E:\is not accessible -incorrect funtion

and i cant copy them to the cd

when i click on copy to cd the box comes up saying -
copy here
move here
creat shortcut here
cancel

and i cant do anything else

please help thanks
 
This is a known problem which can be created by other CD copying software
installed with XP.
If you have Roxio Easy CD Creator and you have used it to copy music to CD,
it may be the culprit. You need to go to www.roxio.com and update your
version to at least the 5.3 version.
