Can't copy or paste with VPC/RC1

Hi,
I can't figure this out? This happens in both Explorer and My Computer.

I followed the instructions how to copy & paste from XP to RC1/VPC but it doesn't seem to work the cursor changes as
soon as I select it to a circle with a line through it from the host to the guest but noting happens. When it is at the
taskbar the circle goes away and comes back when I am in the VPC.
There seems to be incompatibility between the two cursors.

remove "nospam" in order to email me.
 
Install the virtual machine additions from the Action menu on the vm window.
All of the issues you have asked about here are resolved by installing the
vm adds.
