cant connect webcam to pc

ive bought a umax webcam and im trying to connect it with
my pc but when i put the disk in drive and it comes onto
the screen i download it and when i go to finish i dont
see it anywere on my pc looked everywere so were is it
and need help
 
Try to Install it again and in the setup program look
where it installs it (in what path on you drive), and most
setup programs have an option to install desktop icons,
check if this setup has this option and if it does make
sure it is checked.
