cant connect to microsoft works

can someone please help me??? windows 2000 with version
5.0. unable to use my microsoft works. trying to
retrieve old letters that i have saved & trying to type
new letters. error screen pops up stating:
wkswp has caused a errorin hpfwin20.ddl.
this is what ive been doing...
1. start
2. programs
3. micro soft works=works task launcher
4. try clicking on letters & tried clicking on start a
blank workd processor document.
comes up: wkswp has caused a error in hpfwin20.dll
please help. thank you

Hi michelle

This is rather a MS Works than and Windows 2000 specific error. Its easy to
resolve it though. Just remove and then re-install your printer.
