Can't Connect To Internet After SP4

Patientology

After I install Service Pack 4, I can't connect to the
Internet. Device Manager shows no conflict with any of my
devices, and I've tried switching from my onboard to a PCI
NIC (using cable broadband), but I still can't connect.

I am having the same problem and it appears to me it is
affecting any 3Com network cards. I haven't figured out
how to solve the problem yet...anyone have any ideas?
