Can't Connect To Device

I've got an Intermec CK30 mobile computer connected to my development machine via a USB cable and ActiveSync. ActiveSync talks to the device fine, but when I try to connect to it via Visual Studio 2003 .NET, it can't connect.

I've tried every combination of configuration parameters I can think of. Anybody got any ideas?

Have you tried a hard reset of the device? Sometimes that seems to make a
difference.
