Can't connect to 03 server

I have 3 new 03 servers on my domain. I cannot connect to two of them remotely while sitting on the same LAN. I do not want either of these servers to be used as an applications server. I just want to be able to connect to them as an admin. Does anyone have any idea why this is?

Have you checked to make sure that Remote Desktop is enabled on the
two systems?
