I have been on a website that my wife would not approve of called
www.webdate.com. Under internet options i've cleared the history, deleted the
cookies and deleted the temp. internet files. When i type a "w" in the
address bar, all these webdate sites appear underneath, and I can't delete
them!! How do I get rid of these?? Your help and advice will be greatly
appreciated!!

Try also...
CCleaner (freeware), from http://www.ccleaner.com/
About CCleaner, courtesy of Sandi Hardmeier - Microsoft MVP: "Be very very
VERY careful with CCleaner. We are seeing a lot of problems with that
software removing hotfix data making it impossible to uninstall IE7 and any
other hotfix/update."

And...
Free History Eraser (deletes also index.dat files):
http://smartprotector.com/eraser/free-history-eraser.htm
The History folder can be deleted manually:
http://mvps.org/winhelp2002/delcache.htm
http://inetexplorer.mvps.org/archive/answers_8.htm#deltree

Go to Clean Up Center:
http://safety.live.com/site/en-US/center/cleanup.htm
Clic on "Clean Up Scan".

Then set your IE cache (TIF folder size) at about 50/60 mb.
