can't complete install

Hello,

when installation program asks me to type the product key, I have to fill it
in the appropriate field, but... my keybord doesn't want to type 'M' : all
other letters work but not the 'M'. I have first tried with the french
keybord (my native langage) and then again with the US one. But nothing
changes.
I have tried several keyboards but the behavior is the same. Keyboard and
mouse are PS/2, and basic.

Any help?

Hold down ALT, and on the number pad type 077, then release the ALT key. You
should get an M at that point.

Thank you for responding, Noozer, but I have tried this also. But at this
step of installation, only the letter and figures are available : the ALT key
is not active... What can I do else????
