Can't close IE Windows

Almost every time I open more that one IE Window I can't
get it to close without using task manager and ending the
application....I have also notices that the processor is
at 100% during this...
Any help would be grately appreciated...

Hi Tim,

To test with: Disable third-party browser extensions in Internet
Explorer
1. Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
2. Double-click Internet Options.
3. Click the Advanced tab.
4. Under Browsing, clear the Enable third-party browser extensions
(requires restart) check box.
5. Restart Internet Explorer.

The first thing to do is to scan your system for the possibility of
unknown\unwanted spyware or parasites that may be causing your problem(s).
