Can't click on URLs

In an attempt to remove some spyware, I used a shareware product that
modified Outlook. Now, Outlook won't let me browse to web sites by clicking
on the URLs sent in messages.

What registry setting do I need to change to turn this functionality back on?

HI,
first try to reset your web setting under (internet explorer > tools >
internetoptions > programm > reset web setting)
