Can't Clear History Entirely

For some reason no matter how many times I clear history,
one website always pops up when I begin typing - I have
tried to clear the autocompletes, history, etc. to no
avail. Moreover, I have gone into the history folder and
deleted everything, yet this one site always seems to be
in the autocomplete mode...

Possibly your History folder is corrupt:
[XP\2K]
Log on as Administrator and delete the desired <username> folder(s).
[example]
"C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\HISTORY"
