can't choose yahoo for my default mail for windows

I go into internet options under "programs" to change which program windows
automatically uses for email. Outlook Hotmail and AOL are my only options
and I want to change it to Yahoo

Yahoo is not a choice in my internet properties/programs/e-mail.
