Can't change webpage in IE6

I gave my computer to my son. In IE6 the webpage was set
to mine. He wanted to change it, but Windows XP Pro would
not let him. When I visited with him, I tried to change
it, but it would not let me. It said I didn't have the
authority to do so. I tried going in as Administrator,
but that didn't work. Any ideas?

Has SpyBot S&D's Immunize feature been turned on?

Frank, yes it has. I assume I need to turn it off. Thanks.
