Outlook 2007 (entire Office 2007 suite installed at the same time)
One of my users pointed out that she cannot change the stationery
theme in a new message she composes (not a reply or forward of another
message). I've duplicated the issue on my own machine: open a new
message, go to Options, Themes, select a theme, and nothing changes
when I type the body of the message. (no default stationery theme set)
If I set a default stationary theme first (Tools, Options, Mail
Format, Stationery & Fonts, Theme), and THEN open a new mesage, the
theme I selected is displayed. But I can't change it by going to
Options, Themes, and selecting a different theme - nothing changes.
This IS supposed to work, right? Are we doing something incorrectly?
Or have we come across a bug? (user has spoken to another user in-
house for whom this DOES work)
