Hello everyone,
I have big problem with driver for Altera Flex FPP board PCI 9050. I
installed it but it isn't work properly (WinXP). When I tried to get
more info I discoverd that there is IO range conflict with "processor
to agp controller". I was trying to change the range but button is not
activ and I had the same situation when I plug this card to other
computer (Win2k this time). I was changing IRQ in bios, but without any
result. I have been disable all possible dovices because I though that
maybe I haven't enough memory - no result. Is there somebody who can
help me?
Thanks a lot and best regards.
Kajtek

You need to solve this conflict by changing PCI configuration info on your
device.
The INF file can have wrong resource override info, check it too.

Pavel thank you for your tip, but I have no idea which section of inf
file is ressponsible for this. One think which I was trying to do with
inf file was changeing class guid with no effect. Almost whole content
of this file is magic for me.
Greetings
Kajtek

Have you tried moving the card to a different slot on the board, this should help the conflict.

Then find somebody to do this for you.
(like when my car stops working, I take it to garage and
let them do their magic )

Is this a real old card? Have you contacted the vendor/manufacture as to
this issue?

Dear Bob,
I was talking by the phone with producent and they told me that there
is no other way to fix this conflict. Only by disable AGP controler.
Nice alternative this stupid card or AGP controller.
Best regards
Kajetan Grzona.

BTW. Best regards for producent of this card also :/

If the card in question must be used, in this case you may want to
consider trying a PCI video card, or use a newer motherboard with PCIe.
