can't change homepage

My default homepage is
http://www.microsoft.com/isapi/redir.dll?prd=ie&pver=6&ar=msnhome
I cannot change my homepage from the IE Option or even from editing the
registry. There are no spyware or virus on my computer.
Anyone has any suggestions?

Tools>Internet Options>General Tab --- make sure you click Apply and OK
after you make the change to your homepage of choice.
