Can't Change Administrator settings

I need to get into the key cdda but when I log onto my administrato
account I don't have the authority to view or change the keys. How ca
I change these settings or find a solution to my problem
 
Right click the key in question and select Permissions. Make sure the Administrators group has full control and that your user account (or the built in Adminstrator account) isn't restricted.
