Can't change a limited user back to Administrator

Somehow when I changed my account to limitd, the
administrator account dissapeared and can't be found. All
works well except I can't get into mocorsoft money where
all the records are kept. I've looked in FAQ's and don't
seem to find an answer. Help Please
 
The default Administrator is normally hidden once another profile is
created.
Reboot tapping F8 each second.
Select Safe Mode at the menu.
Choose Administrator.

Go to User Accounts in Control Panel.
Create a new profile.
If necessary you can copy data from original profile to new profile.

Any other profiles will be accessible in normal mode.
